In January 1997 Mark Kelly wrote in the internet
that, due to financial reasons, Marillion would not be touring
in North America. By fan's Jeff Pelletier sugestion the north-american
Marillion fans raised 61,000 dollars to sponsor the tour,
making it happen in the Summer of 1997. As a way of thanking,
Marillion released the Spectrum Rochester N.Y. concert, from
August 31st, and offered it to those who contributed to make
the tour possible. There were issued only less than 2000 copies,
the first 1000 were autographed. The CD will never be put
for sale.
