The Web Portugal/Marillionados
The Web Portugal is one of the 8 Marillion
official fan clubs throughout Europe.
What is a WEB?
The original Web (Web-UK) was born in 1982,
and it was handwritten. A lot has happened in the last almost
30 years, and today the 8 national Webs publish periodical fanzines,
with the goal of providing news, photos, reviews, interviews about
Marillion, connecting the band and its fans, wherever they are.
Web members are also entitled to participate in contests, band
conventions, as well as to receive the annual Christmas CD and
DVDs, with exclusive tracks recorded by Marillion.
The Web Portugal
Born in 2006, the Portuguese branch of The
Web assures their members 2 fanzine issues a year (see page FANZINE),
exclusively in Portuguese, and the Christmas CD/DVD, as well as
access to Marillion exclusive merchandise.
How to subscribe?
Send an email to SUBSCRIBE,
and, after the confirmation of your data, please pay through bank
transfer to NIB: 0036.0283.9910.0014.05194.
Each subscription starts with the sending of the Christmas CD/DVD to be released after its payment, and will include all Web Portugal publications released in the following year. They will be sent by mail to the address you provide us.
Annual subscription costs 17 Euros, inside Portugal, 20 Euros for European Union addresses, and 23 Euros for the rest of the world. (Note: international payments should be done using PayPal).

Marillionados' History
Marillionados are Portuguese speaking Marillion fans who, since
2001, started to meet in a MAILING
LIST with that same name.The growing number of members led to the creation of this website in May 2004.
The idea was that of becoming more visible thus becoming a meeting point for all Portuguese speaking Marillion fans. We assumed the mission of promoting information about the band, and parallel projects by current and ex Marillion members, as well as trying to connect Marillion and Portugal.
In 2005, after converstions with Marillion's management, we pulished 2 fanzines regarding a future officialization as a fan club.
The officialization happened in May 2006, when we became "THE WEB PORTUGAL" an official Marillion fan club.
Today, besides our initial goals, we manage the fan club, that everyone can subscribe after the payment of an annual fee (see above), we publish 2 fanzines a year, apart from organizing several events for fans, concerts in Portugal, travels abroad to see Marillion, and the launching of the covers band PASSING STRANGERS.
