Q: How can I download the artwork item
I'm searching?
First find the concert (only records
with known artwork are listed), then right click on
the
symbol and select "save object as", to copy
it to your computer.
Q: I have recordings that are not on
your list, why don't you mention them?
Only the LP and CD sections are
exhaustive. They catalogue every known Marillion bootleg.
The CD-R, DVD-R and VCD sections are only an artwork
archive. They don't list all known Marillion recordings,
but those with known fan artwork.
Q: Are the items featured on this website
for sale?
No! This is a purely informative
website, cataloguing Marillion bootlegs, pirate and
counterfeit items, solely for historical reasons, as
well as an archive for known Marillion fan artwork
Q: How can I get some of these items?
The items in the LP and CD sections
are not official releases, and were issued in very limited
editions, you won't find them in regular shops. They
have collectible value, and there are some ways to search
them as the following:
- Auction websites on the internet (like Ebay)
- Second hand music shops
- Record fairs
For the last two try to find information on music magazines:
"Record Collector" (UK) and "Goldmine"
(US) among others advertise these shops and fairs.
WARNING: Copied items (such as those in the CD-r, DVD-r
and VCD pages) have no commercial value. Collectors
trade them freely among themselves.
Q: I have some of these items and I'm
thinking of selling them, could you help me to find
their real value?
I doubt very much. My advice is
for you to search in the places mentioned in the previous
answer. Honest sellers may inform you better?
