 Reviews:
Marillion opened this legendary concert one year on from their EMI signing with "the last Grendel" (at least for now!); Fish did not trouble to sing the opening lines as the audience obliged - the only mar being a rare bum note by Mark Kelly near the end. Also of note, an early version of Assassing featured an excellent riff in the middle section later dropped for some inexplicable reason. The Game Is Over bootleg features the opening five tracks broadcast on FM Radio 1 with Tommy Vance's introduction edited out (Grendel, Garden Party, Script ..., Assassing, Charting The Single), and omits the final two tracks (Forgotten Sons, He Knows You Know).
